Baby Ki Return and Refund Policy

At Baby Ki, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make things right.


Returns

Eligibility:

  • Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable Goods: Such as baby food, formula, and other consumables.
  • Personal Care Items: Including but not limited to pacifiers, breastfeeding accessories, and diapers.
  • Customized Products: Items that have been personalized or custom-made.

Return Process

  1. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  2. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  4. Notification: Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.


Refunds

Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at (858) 289-0858 or hqmybabyki@gmail.com for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns
